@udlowdboyz IF (it’s a BIG if) Malcom Thomas stays, I borrowing a Juggs machine from the football team and teaching him how to catch. I don’t think he could catch a balloon.

@udlowdboyz Jian Simon has been, BY FAR, the most consistent Flyer this year.

I only hope, prior to his arrival, this vid is played on repeat in the Italian prison where this guy is headed.

HEART-STOPPING MOMENTS: Terrifying security footage shows a man allegedly attempting to grab a one-year-old girl at a supermarket in northern Italy. Police say the suspect was arrested and charged. The child was taken to the hospital and suffered a fractured femur.

@udlowdboyz Of the many UD deficiencies, what % of those could be drastically improved with added focus, effort, want to and toughness? That is what is so frustrating with this year’s team because all of those things are controllable!!

@jsmaimone @DaytonDers @teezog @manda_mag 15 inches of snow outside. Drive is shoveled, so I got nothing else to do between plays of the football games.
English

@MattWoolf @DaytonDers @teezog @manda_mag It sucks that you'll never ever have any influence or be a decision-maker in this respect so feel free to continue to speak on deaf ears if it gets you off. #AG4Life #wedontneedu

@jsmaimone @DaytonDers @teezog @manda_mag Not the answer to the question asked. I was there and Steve Alford and Nevada were out coached and outplayed late. But 1 NCAA win doesn’t come close to making up for the 16 sub-200 KenPom losses in the last 6 years.
English

@MattWoolf @DaytonDers @teezog @manda_mag AG & Co. are masters of the portal. Just look at some of the outstanding xfers/PGs he's developed during of late: Ibi, Camara, Elvis, Von, Nate, Cheeks, Posh, Zed, Jacob, Malcolm, Twoskii, Jordan, Keonte, Bryce, etc. Very few do it better imho.
English

@jsmaimone @DaytonDers @teezog @manda_mag AND I will even give you it may not be all his fault. He seems to me to a more traditional long term relationship/mentorship guy. In today’s college sports that’s not what breeds success. It’s the rent-a-player for a year transactional relationship guys that are finding success.
English

@MattWoolf @DaytonDers @teezog @manda_mag He's a great coach because of his resume to date. He's the epitome of the word "Winner." Nodody does it better. #AG4Life
English

@jsmaimone @DaytonDers @teezog @manda_mag @sullymygoodname If, by your logic, AG is a great coach because of a single win against Neveda in a NCAA tournament game. Then why can’t I point to the SIXTEEN (that is a 1 followed immediately by a 6 - 16) losses to teams below 200 in the KENPOM in the last 6 years as proof he isn’t?
English

@MattWoolf @DaytonDers @teezog @manda_mag @sullymygoodname Two NCAA appearances in the last six seasons. Very few mid-majors can stake that claim. And an awesome job by AG & Co, in 2024 for making the Final 32 after finishing third in the A10!! #AG4Life
English

@jsmaimone @DaytonDers @teezog @manda_mag @sullymygoodname 2020-21 7th Place
2021-22 2nd Place
2022-23 2nd Place
2023-24 3rd Place
2024-25 3rd Place
ZERO A10 Tourney Championships
I guess my definition of “fine” is different than yours.
English

@MattWoolf @DaytonDers @teezog @manda_mag @sullymygoodname 186 wins in just over 8 seasons. I'd say it's working fine. #AG4Life
English

@jsmaimone @DaytonDers @teezog @manda_mag @sullymygoodname That’s because AG runs a pick and roll offense like the NBA does. And that works when you have an Obi or a DaRon. But when they don’t it gets U G L Y far too often. Esp with league opponents who’ve played against it for years. Why? Because he refuses to adjust.
English

@MattWoolf @DaytonDers @teezog @manda_mag @sullymygoodname Try again. Two of my buds are prominent pro basketball agents. Both have said that pro teams (NBA and Int'l) love signing UD ballers because they're "so well-coached and are better prepared for the next t
level than their peers." #AG4Life
English

@jsmaimone @DaytonDers @teezog @manda_mag @sullymygoodname like rebounding - especially defensively, free throw shooting, out of time out offensive sets, end of game situations and turnovers. I HATE the fact that kids at this level have to be coached in effort, but that doesn’t mean it shouldn’t happen. It’s not and that is the problem
English

@jsmaimone @DaytonDers @teezog @manda_mag @sullymygoodname AG is a GREAT man!! A good role model for kids and UD never has to worry about him embarrassing the school like Harbaugh and/or Moore at TTUN. However, he is no longer an adequate basketball coach at this level. His teams continue to struggle in all of the same areas …
English

@jsmaimone @DaytonDers @teezog @manda_mag @sullymygoodname Dude!!! What are you talking about here? I thought we were on how lucky we are to have AG because he has taken us to 2 NCAA tourney bids in 6 years.
English

@MattWoolf @DaytonDers @teezog @manda_mag @sullymygoodname I'd rather stay in the A10 than join an inferior conference just to earn an NCAA bid a bit more often. Fact: the A10 is currently ranked the 7th best conference (of 31) in America. Of all those teams listed, only 1 conference represented is ranked higher than the A10 (Mtn West).
