Proud to be able to bring some silverware to the club - 50 odd years since we last won this competition another piece of history for us as a group. So pleased for everyone connected to the club the boys upstairs who work so hard every day to keep the club going. Last night and last game at the ‘Burnhambeu’ performance was rubbish but nice to leave with a win and a cup final to look forward to. Genuinely gutted to hear the news this afternoon that Graham had passed away. A proper football man and supporter of our club followed us from when I first arrived home and away good days and bad, rain or sunshine. Although ill he still had the same enthusiasm and energy towards his footy and Southall and I’m glad I got the chance to visit him last week and just sit for an hour talking all things Southall FC and listening to his favourite memories and stories. One of mine will always be inviting him in and helping me with the team talk and talking to the boys before last years play off semi final and getting him out on the beers with Ted and Gary after a win last season. I’ll miss his random ‘up the ‘all’ and ‘keep em out eggy boy’. Thinking of Ted, Gary and all you boys tonight and most of all his family. We’ve lost a good football man and friend. Rest in Peace Graham - You’ll be missed. ❤️🤍 @FCSouthall

We knew it would come down to moments last night that’s how it proved. Wasn’t our night in the end - Shit happens! Fair play to them they’re a good side with more than enough for the league above.
