(under oath too) anymore, and the judge on February 5, 2026, took his word for it and denied my motion to disqualify him. Flash forward to March 18, 2026, and lo' and behold ole Renfield is representing - who coulda THUNK it? - Greg McAudit and NBH in going after Jeff Davies for "tortious interference" and "business disparagement." Renfield faces long odds in that SLAPP case, but he faces even longer odds keeping his job in the Meta bankruptcy case as Special Ed Counselor because of the duplicity on full display here. This is made worse because Hartmann and Lovato are going after McCabe for some of the deals he did just before Meta's management team looted the company with fire sale selloffs of assets. Maybe Wes is gawn...maybe not. But the judge will certainly want to know if Wes was being "not credible" as the US District Court judge found McCabe. Looks like April 2 2026 will be when this gets aired out. From my perspective I feel like I have been harrassed for being a shareholder in court looking for answers why I express my own feelings of frustration online. Wes Christian has direct messaged me media hold letters, sent them to my house in every form of mail. In my opinion it looks like they want to blame social media personalities for loss of UL but was it Jeff Davies that didn't follow the UL contractual obligations? The harrassment of shareholders and whisleblowers needs to stop. And if Wes wants to harrass me and take me to court lets go, maybe we can get "MERITORIOUS" discovery after McCabe stops ignoring shareholders.
