I’ve seen too many great coaches at good mid majors chase the power 5 job that ruins their career. The grass is not greener. Build a competitive, stable mid major power. You will be rich either way.

1. 2 A10 schools
2. 2 future PAC12 schools
3. A 12 seed that has an insane NIL budget compared to their conference
