Dear @UPS the address I shipped to is 7708 why would your driver deliver to 7900? My client has to go searching for her package and some of the items are broken. Absolutely unacceptable. The label is printed so it’s not that they couldn’t read the label. #PMO

Against my better judgement I shipped my client’s order using @UPS $25 for shipping just for them to deliver to some random address. I have no idea where my client’s order is. It’s not her home in the proof of delivery photo. #pissed

@HartfordHealthC is thee absolute worst. You wait more than 30 days for an appointment & then they either reschedule you or when you arrive the drs are running in excess of 60-75 mins behind & NOBODY tells you that at check in. But if you’re late they make you reschedule. SMH
