@dont_jinxit Ended up doing the same thing. The BSB team was very sweet and helpful throughout my troubleshooting and return process though. Honestly felt like the quality of support you get from Valve. I wish it would have worked out. Hope others have a better time using it.

😓 going to return it sadly. Nothing against the headset, it's a great piece of tech! But this headset was not what I hoped for and my QuestPro has never felt better in comparison.
