As you get older you gain so much clarity. You realize how much energy you wasted on certain things and people. Now you focus and only give your energy to things and people that embody permanence. If it’s temporary, it’s a distraction. The right people will get it....

One day we will need forgiveness too. I forgive people, but that doesn’t mean I accept their behavior or trust them. I forgive for me, so I can let go and move on with my life....

Forgiveness is a powerful tool. It is truly the key to moving on in peace. Nothing frees your heart like rendering forgiveness to even those who don't deserve it. Not everyone is deserving of forgiveness, but we must forgive anyway....

Don't get so accustomed to mediocre, that you don't know how to appreciate something great when it's placed in your space. And don't forget that you're amazing too. You deserve better than mediocre....
