@Umbisam It doesn’t make sense. Either they need cash now, or they’re intentionally destroying shareholder value by diluting sub 40. And if a deal could push the stock above 50, why do it now? On top of that, announcing a $6B ATM with no news creates a huge psychological overhang.

$IREN Real question is why Dan & Board decided to launch/announce a $6B ATM (+$300m mngt incentive or +5% evergreen) well before a deal.

Israel was not consulted regarding the ceasefire agreement, mediators tell WSJ 2. The extent of the consultation was President Trump calling Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu "shortly before" the ceasefire was announced 3. Mediators said Israeli officials were unhappy with the terms, including the planned inclusion of Lebanon in the agreement 4. Netanyahu said Wednesday morning that the deal does not include Lebanon, contradicting an earlier statement by Pakistan The ceasefire situation remains fluid.

It is weirdly convenient how its all working out, but the increasingly "unfriendly" environment in Democrat-led states will act as a massive tailwind for Texas, effectively forcing the world’s most advanced AI infrastructure into the West Texas desert. Ta Da $Iren.

As Democrat states begin to block datacenters, West Texas gets even more valuable for developers. Childress and Sweetwater already produce more power than lines can carry to Dallas or Austin yielding available surplus for companies like $Iren.
