@hilarym99 Give St T task of attendance. Helps learn names. Ask subs to support st T, get some “soft” practice in early w/ “guest lesson” the 10 & 20 sec rule. Stand still for 20 after releasing st for work. Let them settle. No more than 10 sec of support per st until class is working
