Took myself down a rabbit hole and found the designs of everyone else sans Brad and some random Translyvanian henchman. 4 were found on livejournal the rest on a defunct site that sold cels.

Recently stumbled upon this on eBay. Seems like Nelvana was planning a Rocky Horror cartoon in the 1990's, judging by the seller's other items up for grabs (Nelvana cels from mid to late 90's productions)
