House of Assembly has two sesseions, executive session (closed in the office) and plenary session (Open in the Chamber). Some businesses of the House could be conducted in both sessions and Screening of nominees for political appointment is one of it. If screening is taking place in the chamber, then the house must resolve into a committee of the whole where the Speaker is expected to come down and sit with the clerk while members leave their assigned seats and cluster together, like an informal setting, thereafter the house can resume and report progress after thr screening. Passing a bill into Law on the other hand must be done in plenary session.
