Well my time @unimelb has come to an end! What a privilege to get to work here for 2 years with great supervision from @rjeckard. I've made so many great new collaborations including @FriedlJohannes & @RowlingsDavid at @IFE_QUT and @Degleeson & Belinda Martin at @SAgE_UWA.

@DebSahas Really sorry I missed your reply! They are standard food containers fitted with SubaSeals (from Sigma). They do stay air tight but you should do some checks in your own design to ensure they stay air tight after modifying the containers for the seal. Good luck :-)

@N2oTarget The incubation containers are interesting and we are planning to design a similar system for N2O measurements. Could you please share your experience with those containers? Do they stay air-tight during ~1 to 2-h closure period? Do you recommend any supplier for those? Thanks.

Today was the last sampling point for this intact #soil core incubation looking at spatial variability in #GHG emissions from dairy pastures. Early data looks v. promising! Next to look at what happened with the soil microbes🧐...
