Mental health nurses and carers play an essential role in promoting mental wellbeing, advocating for patients, and ensuring their voices are heard. In times of uncertainty and distress, they foster healing, empathy, and understanding.

Loneliness affects many of us at different times in our lives. Research shows that almost half of NSW residents experiencing feelings related to loneliness 'some of the time' or 'often'. It's essential to address this issue and work towards creating a supportive community.

This Valentine's Day, @NSWMHC wants to remind everyone to celebrate love, gratitude and connection everyday and also remember that this day might not bring joy to everyone. If you're not celebrating or feeling alone, we want you to know that you matter. 💕
