It then seems okay that they were killed. So many people rejoicing at the verdict today, how many custodial deaths have you condemned irrespective of who was killed?

@xAccioPeace Don't know abt your form. But if you are having difficulty, try controlling the eccentric, that is 1 sec to pull it close to the chest and 3 secs while letting the weights go. If you can do a 1 rep of 60kgs, reduce the weight by 20-25% and aim for 6 reps.

Re: pec decks I could do 1 rep at a relatively high weight but struggled to even complete 4 reps. So I decrease the weight and try again. Again rep 1 is way too easy but struggled by the 4th rep again. What am I doing wrong? Should I just go down in weight until I can do

I’m going to say this once, and just once. Reducing my point to “he wanted sympathy for terrorists” is classic, convenient misreading. I get why some of you do it, because it’s just so easy to argue against. But a sincere reading of what I wrote will tell you that my heart was beating, in fact, for Jaskirat. I truly think that he needed to be understood better, written with more interiority, rather than being used primarily as a tool, a weapon. This is quite different from saying 'Cha, terrorists-a karunai kaati, katti pudichu guna paduthirukalaame'... which is what some of you are happy to reduce it to. I think some of us acknowledge and respect Hamza's pain and self-sacrifice way more than the film itself. I have always, and will always strive to understand the world and people beyond binaries.
