NRS 205.380 – Obtaining signature by false pretenses Filing fraudulent business documents may involve gaining authorization or signatures through deceit, which is also criminal under this statute. NRS 78.045 & 78.140 –Corporate filings and fraudulent use of names or officers Misrepresenting officers, directors, or other corporate info in filings is not only invalid, can be prosecuted under Nevada corporate law.
