Through a partnership with @gib_plz, over a period of time we have been able to acquire 150+ Million GIB (15% of total supply) with plans to continue acquiring GIB in the coming years. This is being done through funds supplied by both projects + outside investment. As a part of this agreement, it is contractually stipulated that this supply will be permanently held and never sold back to the market. As this ecosystem expands and the value of GIB grows, we will deploy this supply for staking or liquidity on Hedera DeFi platforms to earn rewards. This will act as a permanent additional revenue stream for DPGC that will be used to buy additional Ghost supply for our Forever Mint pool. We believe the Hedera ecosystem has a bright future, and these acquisitions ensure Dead Pixels Ghost Club is positioned to benefit from that growth for a long time to come. We think symbiotic relationships like these will strengthen both the DeFi and NFT ecosystems on Hedera. Why GIB: GIB quickly became the leading memecoin on Hedera. We’re biased, but we believe brands and characters that are cute, clean, and endearing have high ceilings, so GIB’s growth potential is appealing. We also have a relationship with the team and are able to closely watch the way they work, so we’re confident in their ability to build a successful brand. A central part of our strategy is making DPGC sustainable so that we can create a brand that will be here for decades.
