All services are back and running again! If you have persistent problems try the old log out and log in again to make sure all sessions are clean. Beyond that we are available ourselves on the usual support email address as well as here.

We are currently experiencing a problem with most email services at present. This is after a zero day exploit security patch failed. We are working hard to rectify this with the platform software specialists. We will update here on Twitter as soon as we can.

@CarolineBeaum12 We think we have the safest route out planned for returning to live service so we aim for this to be done tonight. Sorry for the long interruption its been a judgement between safe service access and being quick.

Apple users might be experiencing problems sending email this morning. We believe this is to do with updates to relating to the 4 live zero day attacks on Apple products at the moment, which can affect Apple mail and ios clients.

Some of our customers may find emails they have sent are being rejected due to being on a SpamCop.net blacklist. This is due to the recipient depending on SpamCop.net which is currently down and NOT a sign you have been blacklisted. 1/2
