the X rebrand is a terrible idea for so many reasons: 1. its corny. looks like 2006. edgy. idk. can't explain. i just know i'd think it was cool in 2006. im 2006-core so i would know. 2. it looks like a porn site, as many have pointed out. it also sounds like one. "hey bro whats your X account?" are you gay, dude? you wanna see my dick, man? 3. its unwelcoming. the bird was cute and representing chatting with people. this is dark. the "x" symbol is often associated with negativity. (do not enter, close window, etc) 4. what do we even call tweets now? he joked about "xeets" but what is even a xeet? tweeting is the sound birds make. xeet would just be a reference to the old name. 5. twitter was one of the most recognizable brand names and logos. this looks like 5 billion other things. why give that up? 6. gives off creepy comic book corpo vibes. especially considering the new woman in charge bragged about how Ai will soon control the website and they want to intergrate things like BANKING. i genuinely truly do not understand the rebrand. elon seems to be running on "if its not broken, break it" i will still use the website because i like it, its my favorite, but what do you think?

@KaceyBuchanan @MrGMYT As of current the reward is listed as a Mechanized Cog, which atm is a ptr quest item that loops back into itself as a reward for turning it in.

@Tyrsenus @keyboardturn The mechanized cog is currently looking to be an anti-datamine item. Multiple quest rewards use it in the ptr and reading the item itself, it basically is looping the quest back to itself ad infinum
