@PatMcAfeeShow @6ErikJohnson McDavid, blegh. He may be an amazing hockey player, but after seeing some of his locker room temper tantrums, it's a hard pass for me. He'd be a cancer to the Wild who seemingly have a very positive locker room and are team-oriented.

@MissNicoletta @realph_7 Yeah, that's fair, it obviously is a crappy sitch for him. It's just a little weird to see adult men have toddler-esque meltdowns...and I would say this about ANYONE on ANY team, regardless if they are the superstar or not. It's just a bad look! LOL

Incredible! I appreciate that you include Ekkie in the core - I am beyond annoyed by so many people talking about our core and how it is going to get us a cup and they leave out Ekkie - he is always overlooked and he is such a fundamental piece of our puzzle but then he never gets his damn flowers! On Judd's Hockey Show's podcast today, they discussed how they thought trading Brodin was a legitimate move...just out of curiosity, do you have an opinion on this?

100000% agree! This is always my response and GMBG said the exact same thing in the end of year press conference. Anyone who starts by saying "Ekkie and Brodes are ALWAYS hurt" automatically out themselves as emotionally charged over-reactors and lose credibility in the discussion. The alternate is that they do not play as hard and then people will bitch and moan about that. I am all in on both 14 and 25!

@OverPhysical They’re usually hurt bc they play the right way. Brodin blocking a shot in the playoffs + Ek was just a freak accident. I wouldn’t trade them, that’s what is called an emotional overreaction.
