2nd District Community Relations team members responded to community complaints as well as online roll call complaints for neighbor’s saving parking spots. Over 100+cones, chairs, buckets, shopping carts and other debris was collected as trash abandoned on the highway. 🚔

2nd District MLK Day of Service 🚔

Thank you to Resurrection of Our Lord School for their support to the MLK day of service in the 2nd District. Our homeless outreach program where we gathered coats, gloves, hats, socks, shoes and more for our city teams to distribute to our at need community members. 🚔

2nd District Community Relations Officer Mark Mroz with members of our Wawa store located at 7900 Oxford Avenue handing out crime prevention information and free ice scrapers to prevent auto theft to customers while supplies last.

Remember the sidewalk is not your personal parking space. Parking on the sidewalk will get you a ticket. Consider the children or handicapped who now need to go into the street because of your vehicle blocking their pathway. Just be a considerate neighbor and don’t do it.

Please lock your doors, criminals are stealing packages and checking doors to see if they were left unlocked. In some cases the homeowners were inside the home when the offender came in. Especially the rear doors should be locked including your storm doors if you have one.

Great job to 2nd District’s Officer Hilda Serrano on her incredible decorating skills. I think it’s one of the best I’ve seen at any Police District.
