Kelly: "I think the guy that doesn't get enough credit is Conlin. ... He made some massive, massive plays."

Kelly: "We didn't know Kastner wasn't going to be able to go until Wednesday [around 1 pm]."

Coach Kelly: "The two-pointer from Kav was massive. I think it broke them."

Ierlan: "If you never die, you're going to give yourself a chance in every game."

Molloy: "We were feeling good on offense. It wasn't showing on the scoreboard, which was frustrating."

DYLAN MOLLOY

Bates: "[Sam King] has no fear."

Dobson said Dylan Molloy is the closest thing to John Grant Jr. since the legend retired.

Bates: "Leo Johnson showed he can play in this league."

Archers held California at bay for three quarters, but the fourth quarter was all Redwoods -- maybe all Molloy -- as California outscored the Archers 6-2 to score a massive conference victory.

This half -- and each quarter -- has told completely different stories compared to the win probability at halftime.

You can't help but drop your jaw in awe with that behind-the-back top corner goal to tie the PLL record for goals in a game from Dylan Molloy.

For the majority of the night, the Archers have been fine letting Molloy get his because they've kept everyone else quiet. The problem, however, is if the defense hedges on Molloy, he WILL find the open guy for a good look.

Dylan Molloy is owning the night. He took advantage of getting a matchup with a SSDM. Goal #6 looked too easy.

Michael Boehm average first 3 games: 40 touches, 33 total passes, 4 points. Tonight: 16 touches, 12 passes, 0 points. He's not too far off his numbers from game 3, which was when Kavanagh, Leo, English, & Garnsey were added, but team needs more. Credit to Mason Woodward.

These teams traded jabs the first half. The Redwoods are not getting any stops this third quarter, though, which is killing any chance at picking up momentum.

We've seen Molloy score off a dive and now a swim dodge and shot from his hip. He's feeling it tonight.

California really needed to grind to get back even. Within seconds, Utah gets a two-pointer and another Leo Johnson goal for the biggest lead of the night.

Everyone on the Redwoods chased after Dobson on that loose ball. Which meant Archers had numbers on the other end. Piper Bond nets first Archers two-pointer. Puts Utah up by two.

That Bates-Palumb exchange was maybe the funniest thing I've seen/heard on a lacrosse field. Ever.
