@_Sozyko_ Went from 30sec to 3min + and even then I realize it's willpower holding me back, not the muscles ability to hold. On a side note, sometimes the hurt starts at 30 sec, last for 10 sec but then goes away until 1m30+:) Push trough!

Planking challenge day 12/30: Did a 30 second plank. Lowkey feeling defeated because I cant seem to get back up… like I made it to a minute and now I can’t get past 30 seconds

Am a alone in this? I go to a random bookstore or shop, there is a booster box on the counter. I immediately grab a few packs and then look at the remaining packs like, damn, the hit could be in those and just decide to take the entire box? 😇
