I want to personally thank the UAE Government for their impeccable leadership during such a difficult time, which was completely nothing to do with them. This could happen to any country at any time. The UK has had its share of wars and difficult times. But the way they handled it, both their military defence but also their caring and proactive support to all residents, deserves respect. Also, the way the people have stood together in harmony, love and support has been overwhelming. Whilst the property market has dipped understandably, I am continuing to invest with the full assurance that it will continue to prosper and become the undisputed number one country to live. The only government I genuinely trust 🇦🇪 Whilst I will continue to travel and have homes in multiple countries, UAE will always be home to me. Shame on everybody who revelled in our hardship. But we stand with UAE, and we continue to thrive 🙏🏼

Two Australians have been arrested in Dubai for sharing pictures of missiles. One of them sent those pictures to a family member in a DM. They will face a jail sentence of up to 2 years. Australian diplomats have tried contacting the UAE government requesting their release. But UAE has rejected all their requests. These men are being made to sleep on floors. And they aren't allowed to contact their families. More than 150 foreigners are in jail for similar reasons in Dubai. Families are helpless. Sources: 10News and Daily Mail.

Not the email from school you’re expecting at the end of the week. Or maybe should be expected. What a world…. You may be aware from local and national news sources that the Met Police have begun a response to recent social media posts dividing schools or Boroughs into red and blue teams for 'School Wars'.  The posts suggest that pupils should take part in an arranged meet up to which they are encouraged to bring weapons. Whilst these posts are circulating predominantly on TikTok and Snapchat and are aimed at secondary schools, so it is unlikely that our children will have seen them, they may have older siblings who are talking about it.

Willy Woo's on-chain analysis has been notably accurate on Bitcoin bear market bottoms in past cycles. - 2018: Called "near bottom" in Dec (actual low ~$3.2k Dec 2018, then rebound). - 2022: Signaled "bottom getting close" late Nov via MVRV/max pain models (actual low ~$15.5k Nov 21, accumulation phase followed). He's had misses on timing exact peaks or minor dips, but his bear-bottom signals using liquidity/HODL metrics have aligned well historically. Solid quant track record overall, not infallible.

This bearish sell down by investors seems to have exhausted, which gives price a repreive to consolidate sideways for maybe a month, even a rebound to mid 70s, which would likely to be rejected. This is because the broader regime is heavily bearish with both spot and futures liquidity deteriorating. I've never seen BTC rally when both sources of liquidity are bearish. If I was to make an educated guess, I'd say Q4 would be good timing for the end of the bearish trend and Q1 or Q2 2027 for bullish momentum to return,. ~45k would be a typical bear market bottom. BTC has only ever existed in a secular global macro bull market 2009-2026. If global macro breaks down, then 30k is the fall back level of support, 16k as the final line to maintain BTC's bull trend.

Before the pandemic distortion and through most of 2020, the first-born crypto hovered near this threshold. My graphic shows that roughly $10,000 is the most traded price since 2019. What stops reversion toward the mode? The S&P 500 (x10) on the same scale as Bitcoin may emphasize the crypto's top underpinning, and beta could be rolling over from 7,000 resistance. If stocks have peaked, that's all that matters in most markets, particularly highly speculative cryptos, of which there are now many millions. An unlimited supply of Bitcoin competitors, along with a worthy up-too-much catalyst -- President Donald Trump's 2024 election -- tilts my bias to normal reversion for the highly volatile and speculative risk asset. Bitcoin ETFs' cumulative net inflows (the most imp number) peaked at +$63b in October. Today it's +$53b. That's NET NET +$53b in only two years. Our (more bullish than most of our peers) prediction was $5-15b in first year. This is imp context to consider when looking/writing about the $8b in outflows since 45% decline and/or the relationship bt btc and Wall street, which has been overwhelmingly positive. He hyped BTC to $200k–$300k (even $400k vibes) by EOY 2021 like it was guaranteed: - 'My top model: $200k conservative, $300k not out of the question' - Interviews: $250k–$400k range with institutional flows Result: BTC peaked at ~$69k. Then the 2022 bear market destroyed everything. His models missed badly. After dragging subscribers off the cliff with epic misses, he CLOSED the newsletter over three years ago and went mostly silent on forecasts for ages. He disappeared during the winter… now back strong in 2025–2026 with 'Bitcoin Vector Lite', preaching quantum risk/doom like 4M BTC could hit the market any time (it won’t, quantum is nowhere close, and many contingency solutions already exist). Thousands paid for the hype, got burned, he faded… now a new narrative and new subscribers?
