@virginmedia Hi, yes the outage showed via service checker yesterday around 11:30 and showed a fix time of 21:10. This was then auto-updated to 12:00 today but I didn’t receive any alert (despite signing my number up for texts). Has made WFH a nightmare

@virginmedia have been waiting all day for my internet/tv service to be restored and now resolution for fix has been pushed back until 12 tomorrow- not an acceptable delay and zero communication or updates on problem. This is stopping me from working and not acceptable.
