Coldstream and Langholm’s U12 and U10 girls met halfway in Hawick tonight to play two fantastic and very evenly-matched games back-to-back. Lots of great skill, goals and defending on show. Well done to all four teams 💙

🧵 1/2 … Our cup tie against old friends and rivals @ValeLeithen today comes (almost exactly) 100 years after the very first EoSFL match took place against the same opponents on 10 Sep 1923. It was a 1-1 draw in Innerleithen that day and we went on to win the league 🏆 ⬇️

@The_Sam_North Fancy Coldstream v Vale of Leithen a week on Saturday? 100 years ago in September this was the first-ever EoSFL fixture. Coldstream the only ever present EoSFL members and inaugural champions. Nice tale
