Here's what we keep noticing. When we build our own agents internally, we don't use the Builder UI. We talk through a CI/CD pipeline. We configure everything in conversation. And it's faster and more flexible than any form-based editor we could design. Meanwhile, the companies we admire are shipping agents that live inside WhatsApp, iMessage, and Slack. No portal. No standalone app. Just a text thread. Our current platform wasn't built for either of those realities. So we're building something that is. More agent-friendly. More developer-friendly. Messaging-first. Same mission: build, deploy, and monetize AI agents. Just rebuilt for where things are actually going.

Pickaxe worked. People built real businesses on it. That's what makes this hard. But the AI landscape looks nothing like it did when we started. Our architecture was built for a different era. And every week the gap between what's possible and what our platform supports gets wider. Christensen called this the Innovator's Dilemma. You don't fail because you stop innovating.
