NASCAR's Probst says: -Talladega first stage will be longer than final two stages to try to mitigate the fuel-mileage incentives. Final two stages won't require a fuel stop. Stage lengths TBD. -preseason test at Daytona in January to change power levels & spoiler to see impact.

@racingkhantz I say that Chase has about 12-15 years left in career.
Chase currently sits at 286 Lead Lap Finishes.
Over the next 12 years, Chase needs to average about 18 Lead Lap Finishes a season to achieve 500 LLF’s.
I think that’s pretty doable, considering he has a LLF avg. of 78.3%.

@nascar_opinion All you bitched about was viewership declining the last 4 years. You want viewers bring in the celebrities in the lower series. Not to mention it’s even easier to say when you aren’t the one funding the bill.

@lucas_1k_ I can’t stand him, but nascars approval process for the lower series, at tracks under 1 mile, should be easy to get in. 1.5 and up should be harder. I see nothing wrong with this weekend

People complain that the sport is declining in viewership, there’s no personalities and we finally have that and people are complaining
