I started keeping my phone across the room when I sleep. This accomplishes two things:
1. Can’t shut my alarm off and continue to lay in bed
2. Can’t pick it up upon waking and immediately start scrolling

Other assets:
• Most cap space in the NFL ($121 million)

This is all very surface level as well. There are so many reasons to love this team heading into 2026. There should be ample excitement in Las Vegas.

Similar to how I feel about the #Titans, this is a home run hire for the #Raiders. They are set up to take a massive leap next season with: • 1st overall pick (Fernando Mendoza) • 2nd most cap space in the NFL ($89M) • Best head coach candidate • Jeanty + Bowers offensively There are plenty of other reasons I like this team heading into next year, but I see them adding at least six wins.

If you are someone who is truly driven and has no issue getting after it every day, the ONLY thing you need to do is delay gratification and think in longer time horizons.
Delayed gratification paired with compounding is the biggest edge on the entire planet.
Not only does it create a situation where you can’t lose but it presents the opportunity for infinite upside.
A somewhat obvious observation but most never recognize it. Those who do, typically don’t internalize it. And the few who do, eventually take it for granted and pursue shorter term gratification after much success, leading to their demise.
I was lucky enough to be born with an inherent understanding of this principle and exploited it effectively in my early 20’s, but fell victim to the third phenomenon listed.
It won’t happen again. Exploit it endlessly.
