@OtitoNosike Sanity tells you this is acceptable, this is the limit, don't do this and that but over time, it's persons that do the very opposite of the usual that are celebrated. Stay MAD!!!

Sanity is a boring concept. I prefer madness; the kind that consumes, that grips you by the throat and refuses to let go, the kind that turns work into obsession and obsession into purpose. Sanity, to me, has always felt like a prison, something the world hands you to keep you contained, to make you acceptable, to make you normal. And I refuse that. I refuse to be normal. Normal has never changed anything. It has never shifted the ground, never bent the world in a new direction. I have to change this world, I know it, and to do that, I must first reject the sanity it offers and surrender myself to my own madness, because it is only there, in that complete immersion, that I become what this world cannot ignore.

You can eat healthy, go to the gym, avoid smoking, avoid drinking, eat fruits and drink water daily, avoid junk food. And still end up with cancer.

Two weeks ago, I went to check on the plantain I had planted. They stood there, full and certain of themselves, clothed in a green so rich it seemed borrowed from the very idea of life itself, their leaves wide and generous, swaying to the evening wind as though in celebration of the forthcoming Palm Sunday, as though to say, “See us. We dey kampe. Nothing dey happen.” There was no hint of decline, no whisper of ending—only that confident, almost arrogant fullness that belongs to things that have not yet learned how quickly life can turn. This evening, I went back. And what met me was something else entirely. Where there had been green, there was now brown. Where there had been life, there was dryness; trunks shriveled, leaves curled in on themselves, the whole thing desiccated, as though time had passed through them like the angel that passed through Egypt on the night of the firstborn slaughter, and taken something they could not name. I sat there for a while, staring at what remained, at the emptiness that had replaced that earlier fullness, and it came to me, slowly at first, and then all at once: I am not so different from these plants. Today, I carry the strength of youth as though it is mine to keep. It sits in my bones, in the ease of my movement, in the careless way I assume tomorrow will resemble today. But time, this affliction we mistake for a blessing, is patient. It does not rush. It cures that illusion gently, steadily, until one day you wake up and realize that something has been taken, something you can never get back. And then I thought of the man I saw in church yesterday; the one whose hands would not stay still, whose body trembled as though it no longer belonged fully to him, whose black hair had surrendered to grey, whose steps carried an uncertainty. He was not always like that. Once, he too must have stood as I do now—full, certain, untouched by the inevitability of decline. And one day, I will be him. And in that age, I will look back. I will look back at these days, at this body, at this strength, at all the things I could have done and did not do, all the ways I could have lived and did not live, and if I find that I did not make the most of what was given to me, I will weep; I will weep in that way that belongs to regret; for what was, and for what can never be again.

Made a big boy purchase today. Your 9-5 money could never. I love the man that I am becoming. Gents, have your own money so these broke and wretched women don't think you are there level. Spending on yourself>>>>>>>

@PenTitan At a time we were all trying to get generator once you have one, you are good to go then it's the time of solar. I wonder what the future holds. This is to say if we don't find a collective solution for a collective problem, we will keep good in circles.

I clocked 50k followers some days ago and decided it was time I stopped relying on anyone to push my content. Since that day, I have managed to grow an extra 4,7k+ followers without anyone's help. Thank you 🫵🏾 for the engagement. Learn or learn the hard way.

I struggle to understand the mind of the average Nigerian man. Quite frankly, it disgusts me. Why should this even be a cause for concern? If someone else “collects” her, isn’t that a win for you? Are you so limited in your thinking that you cannot see the abundance of beautiful women, many of whom would gladly hop onto your ship? It is precisely this kind of pedestalizing that convinces women that almost anything will be tolerated. Disgusting!
