@MrsMcD6 Of course he is bullied! Your son is bright articulate generous and kind. AND had parents who LOVE him. This other kid WISHES he had that. Instead he gets stupid designer clothing he will outgrow in the next few months.

I am speechless. My son is in 6th grade Honors classes, scores straight A's, and is the victim of bullying. Two weeks of it until he broke. The things said to him, the intimidation, the actions toward him, all directed at him because "you must be poor." My heart is broken.

I don't understand the trend of calling Ss the noun form of the subject they're learning. Addressing Ss as "Scientists" during science class and "writers" during writing class seems forced. Do baseball coaches refer to their players as "baseball players" rather than their names?

The entire school was warned off looking for more access points. Told of the danger of the tunnels and that anyone caught down there would be suspended perminately. So yeah. That was “the incident” in my high school.

When I was like 14, me and a few mates would “wag” French class and hide out in the soundproof drum room until lunch time. This went on for a few weeks when one day we discovered a “trap door” beneath the carpet tiled floor under the drum kit. We of course opened the trap door..
