This week we welcomed some local sixth form students to Princess Royal Hospital, Telford. They will shortly be applying to medical school, so we offered them some hands-on experience of life as a doctor. Perhaps we’ll be welcoming them back as colleagues in a few years’ time? 😉

Student led wards. They are quite an experience! I’m nurse in charge today as the 3rd year on. I’ve got 4 2nd year students & 2 RN’s supporting. I’ve gained loads of experience in & from the MDT but it’s pretty intense. Anyone else had experience of student led?
