New study using the dHCP shows early auditory experience shapes brain structure: earlier GA at birth was associated with a shallower STS. In preterm neonates, music exposure linked to deeper STS, while quieter environments linked to further STS shallowing pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/41217527/
