To think that hundreds of campaign buses were purchased while countless hospitals across the country still lack ambulances is truly heartbreaking. 💔 In emergencies, every second counts, yet many patients are left without the transportation that could save their lives.

A woman fell into a coma after giving birth to twins in Benue state and needed immediate transfer to the specialist hospital. See the emergency healthcare response she got. 💔

So many Nigerian women look very weird and even sick or deformed during pregnancy because they are pregnant for a man whose lifetime poverty has ensured a lifetime of poor nutrition, poor health, poor environmental gene triggers, and ultimately low quality sperm which causes this

Sisters, can we create a community where we help each other secure scholarships from undergraduate level all the way to PhD? Sometimes it's not even about having a First Class or Second Class Upper. A lot of scholarship applications depend on the quality of your Statement of Purpose (SOP), Personal Statement, CV/Resume, recommendation letters, research proposal, academic transcripts, certificates, extracurricular activities, leadership experience, volunteering, interview performance, and how well you present your story and goals. Imagine a community where we help each other review SOPs, prepare for interviews, write strong applications, understand scholarship requirements, legalize documents, process transcripts, navigate the Ministry of Education and Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and share opportunities and success stories. One woman's success does not reduce another woman's chances. Let's build a community where we support each other, grow together, and thrive together.

Hi women, can you post pictures or talk about your academic achievements? I need some motivation this month. If you see this tweet, share it so women can see it.

Being on the receiving end of obsession is a very uncomfortable place to be, and a lot of people don’t talk about it enough. At first, it might even feel flattering. Someone is always checking on you, always wanting to talk to you, always showing interest. It can look like care or deep affection. But as time goes on, it starts to feel heavy… like you can’t breathe freely anymore. You begin to notice little things, too many calls, constant messages, getting upset when you don’t reply fast enough, wanting to know where you are all the time. What once felt like attention starts to feel like pressure. It’s no longer “they like me,” it becomes “I’m being watched.” The scary part is how it slowly takes away your comfort. You start adjusting your behavior just to avoid conflict. You reply even when you’re tired, explain yourself when you shouldn’t have to, or even feel guilty for needing space. That’s when you realize it’s not love, it’s control dressed up as affection. It can also feel isolating. You might not even know how to explain it to people because from the outside, it looks like someone just “loves you a lot.” But deep down, you know it’s more than that. It feels suffocating, like your boundaries don’t matter anymore. And honestly, it can get scary. Obsession can turn into anger when it’s not reciprocated the same way. That’s why it’s important to take it seriously and not ignore those signs. Nobody deserves to feel like they’re losing their freedom just because someone else can’t manage their emotions. Love should feel safe, not suffocating. If you constantly feel on edge around someone, that’s not something to manage, it’s something to step away from. Obsession isn’t healthy and you should be careful what you wish for. Some people have lost their lives to it.
