ONE THOUSAND!!! Thank you to all of our past & present devs & testers, for making our dream of making this fan game a reality! We know that the AMA video has taken a long time to make, so to show our gratitude, we'll answer all those questions here, alongside any new ones posted!

@MotorStonder After some more tester feedback, we went with "Riftions" instead.

@ProjectNitrox2F "Rifterions" could work? But I don't know if it's too similar to the original name, too on the nose or it is already copyrighted/in use

We heard your mixed feedback on the new names loud & clear -- so we've adjusted a few of them. In the past, Acceleracers names were not copyrighted, and now they are, so we're not taking that chance with Highway 35. Especially to keep our hard work future-proofed for the future.

@MotorStonder We're always open to suggestions/feedback -- we wanted to capture the Acceleron's love of racing, and circular lessons (wheel of power & wisdom is a circle). Maybe something like Riftians could work better, or perhaps an idea you might have? :)

@ProjectNitrox2F Just one thing that throws me off is that it makes sense for "AcceleRacers" to be derived from "Accelerons", so the name being "Rift Drifters" when the being's names are "Steerians" feels a bit icky for me, personally

@Wil_2Liv 1. It doesn't matter if the hw35 names are copyrighted or not, Mattel didn't enforce the ar names earlier but did now. That could change anytime, so we're futureproofing our hard work 2. Our testers and devs thought it was fine, but we're going to change it to Metallic Mavericks.

@ProjectNitrox2F I say this with upmost respect to you guys and your hard work. But what on earth were you on when these names were created? The HW35 team names aren’t even copywritten. And Lemon Squeezers?! I’m sorry but no.

@Carlos_purohb Its been private for a while. The description does say its re-opening later, just as we planned with the Re-Ignition Update.

Howdy! We're still drafting a new video script, multiple car models are being worked on, we've started on Reactor, and we've been making great camera progress! However, there's still a bit more to fix like our physics. But, our overall final chassis prototype is nearly COMPLETE!!

@The_marten Update: we have tried to add this, but it makes the cars too unstable to drive.

Here at Project Nitrox², Nitrox² is the name of the game! We've been upgrading our signature feature, and plan to add a LOT more to it -- starting off with the Highway 35 Nitrox² variant! This is just a snippet of our vast QoL additions! Stay tuned for more! #roblox #acceleracers

After a few years, our chassis is ALMOST completely fixed up & ready for the Re-Ignition Update! Tomming Jerry is now starting to record our main theme song cover, while we've been busy with model & texture work, including a new Acceleron joining our team! #roblox #acceleracers

Finally, air controls are here! We've added this critical system to compliment our classic directional Nitrox² boost, so you can land jumps easier, or traverse low gravity environments with ease! We're also overhauling our physics soon to allow better downhill/uphill driving!

Good news, things are re-igniting behind the scenes! X-cceleron is officially being added to the game as a Tier V unlock! The Wind Realm is also being started, inspired by the classic Aether Realm by our co-founder Megamotion! We can't wait to reveal more soon... so stay tuned!

@Player1unknown1 Yep, that's the plan! We just have six years of assets to edit/fix up, which'll take a while with our small & very busy team.

Thank you all for 7,800 roblox group supporters! While most of our small dev team are taking a break until early December in order to figure out how to proceed with the challenges the legal notice brings against us, we are NOT stopping or canceling development. We need more time.

Either direction we go, there is six years of texture work to redo from scratch. This is a major setback, and may even end up delaying the game relaunch by another year or two due to our very small development team size, and IRL factors like college & work.

Due to the notice we recieved (see previous tweet for context), we're going to have to freeze progress until December -- we need all available hands on deck to decide how to proceed with all 200+ unique textures. We'll either come up with new names/logos, or go nuclear (shown).
