what exactly is wrong with outliers shitty system. I pass the assessment few mins later i get a mail that i was erroneously deactivated and i have been reinstated. All to setup multimango and few mins later get the "unapproved annotator" tag. All without doing a minute of work!!!

@PromiseUpdate50 Maybe I came late but whenever you see this type of thing let it don't do anything but continue to check it time to time. They will bring it back and you will automatically continue with registering multimango and hubstaff or they would just bring it back to continue again.

i did my first complete 7 hour task on outlier yesterday was nervous at first cos of how delicate the whole thing is now but i scaled through 😂 i don’t think i’ll get paid today or would i?

Best thing is if the person can turn his laptop to a Remote Desktop for you

As someone who used to give out my time and information freely, it’s honestly not worth it. People are very unappreciative. You help them with your time, knowledge, and experience, and they don’t acknowledge it or show any appreciation. You’re literally giving value for free, and when it works for them, they move on like it’s nothing. And when it’s your turn to need help, there’s no reciprocity. At some point, you have to set boundaries. Either pay for the value, or figure it out yourself. And when it’s your turn, don’t be afraid to charge too.

My first 2 weeks with outlier AI I've been doing the Aether project after signing up to the website months ago and waiting ages for verification or something along those lines. I kinda just ignored the website as I was waiting for so long but I'm glad I went back because as a student this kind of money helps so much, even if it aether suddenly stopped tomorrow. I started on a Sunday and made about $86 before the Tuesday. So in 2 full weeks about $1200! I mainly start at 8am, I go until about lunch, then continue later at nights! The work is insanely boring and unfulfilling but hey, I'm not going to complain one ounce as the work flexibility and convenience is top notch! In terms of QA score, I only got reviews from the product image pairs tasks, of which I got 389 reviews. 29 Excellent, 334 good, 21 fine and 5 bad. The bad and the excellent are indistinguishable from each other most of the time. my overall score is 1.99. I hope this project does continue long term but if not I am so grateful for it either way
