@joewardpr Hi Joe. Lifetime subscriptions for PromptSmart on Android are live. If something is wrong, please contact our support: team@promptsmart.com. Google has turned off Drive access for all developers to force them into expensive, yearly assessments. Working on a solution. Thanks!

@PromptSmart Are you not honouring you lifetime subscriptions for PromptSmart Pro? Also - is there an issue with Google blocking access to Google Drive for the app? (due to attempts to access sensitive data in our accounts) ...

@QueenBRealtor The app works just the same as it did before with stock features vs. features behind a subscription -- not to worry. Try going into the settings (main app page > upper-left menu) and then turning on Video Recording. Then when you start a presentation you should see yourself.

@PromptSmart .. Hello PROMPTSMART. My PS looks different and I cannot see myself when trying to film. I purchased PROMPTSMART PRO a few years ago and was told the price I paid was all I would have to pay. Now I see there are monthly or yearly pricing. Aren’t I Grandfathered in??

@kevinlovestech Did you get our mail about the remote option on our website? We've been unable to reproduce a pairing defect with the mobile app remote. So I think this will take some further troubleshooting. In some edge cases we've seen router or network security settings interfere in pairing

I ended up subscribing to @PromptSmart. A killer feature I couldn't live without in a teleprompter app was voice activation. The only way I know I got a good audio take with my speech impediment is triggering voice activation. If I can pronounce words, the text scrolls up.

@benwstevens Thanks for the suggestion. Are you recommending centering and expanding the editing portion and then moving the story queue on top of it?

@PromptSmart Got it, that works! Last suggestion: the editor mode has a ton of wasted space. I often edit here during filming to make corrections and a simple layout change would be a huge improvement

@PromptSmart your app is incredibly helpful. I use it both to practice and film. But when I have a script change idea and try to edit in the app, the font size when not in presentation mode is impossibly, illegibly small. No way to adjust it. Hard to squint at 4pt font. Help?

Also the “clean styles” seems to delete my script. Minor flaws in an amazing product!

@RobertMPeacock We also manually restored the (currently redundant) remote control purchase. Please try to log out and then log back in. If you have further questions, we encourage emailing our support.

@PromptSmart Not interested in the subscription, but I am very interested to know if you have fixed the problem with permanent PS Pro licences unable to access paid for PS RC service. I have been unable to access this service for the past 6 months (from the time I paid for it on Apple).

Fix the problem so that I can permanently access the remote button without the purchase screens in the Settings page for PrompSmart Pro, refund the Remote if you can't get it working quickly (and if you can't, why are you selling this product add-on), or both. @PromptSmart

@michaelkingart Hi Michael. Thanks for choosing PromptSmart. The Lite app is limited in many of its functions and is a free trial to experience VoiceTrack scrolling prior to an upgrade to Pro. The Pro app would enable you to adjust the side margins to bring the text out from behind the notch.
