This year to mark Armistice Day The Prop Up group created some poppies to be displayed at Lancaster Railway Station throughout November. Lots of time and effort went into making these poppies look as great as they do. @AvantiWestCoast

Our Young People’s Engagement Officer has been working with the district's @Cultureco_op to deliver Let’s Create Packs to local young people age 13-19. The packs are filled with simple creative activities and are now available online at buff.ly/3hzxLE9

It can be hard to motivate ourselves to do activities when we feel fed up & frustrated. Doing a simple creative activity weather it is colouring, writing a poem or trying a new craft can help improve wellbeing. Starting small and add into your rountine gradually #creativity
