I have to say, I'm just so incredibly grateful these days! 👍 Just a couple of weeks ago we were still preparing everything for No Rest for the Wicked Together's launch and I was already mentally preparing myself for something to go awfully wrong considering that Multiplayer launches are notoriously difficult to pull off. But then the Beta came and people were super positive and the reaction at launch just blew us all away. Never in my wildest dreams would I have thought that we'd land on #1 on Steam and top even games like Arc Raiders, etc. There's more people playing Wicked now than Elden Ring, PoE2 and Diablo IV o_O Just yesterday again we sold another 50k copies! Per day we're currently making more money than it costs our humble studio to run for an entire month! 😲 Thank you so much to our community who's been there from the get-go, who constantly gave feedback and - just like us - want to see Wicked become that perfect ARPG that we've all dreamed of playing for a long time! @RingashGame As someone who is a Publishing Director in my day job with 30 years in the industry, I will say do not be disheartened. The sheer volume of games makes it hard to break through. I would be happy to point my editorial team in the game's direction. Combat looks very cool.

Honestly, I'm feeling a bit tired. Lately, the burnout has hit me pretty hard again. Being a solo dev and juggling both development and marketing has been draining, and it often makes me doubt myself. God, I really suck at marketing and business stuff. I'm just a nerd who loves making games. I know there are players who genuinely like the game. But every time I hit a wall with promotion, I can't help but wonder... is my game really that unappealing? I know the market is extremely competitive. Still, moments like this make it hard not to question my own value. Sorry if this sounds a bit messy. I've had a drink, and I just needed to get this off my chest.
