Some cases I finished game 1, liked it enough to get the sequel, bought the sequel. I turned into a paying customer as a result of piracy. Piracy always leads profit.

As a Christian, I do believe all porn is spiritually harmful and not something we should celebrate or pretend is harmless. I do not think that is a confusing position at all. If something is built around lust, objectification, and feeding the flesh, then yes, it is bad for the soul and worth speaking against. At the same time, people need to be careful with how they say that, because otherwise it can come across like every person struggling with it is nothing more than “degenerate.” Sin should be called sin, but Christians are also supposed to speak with truth and grace. You can condemn porn without losing compassion for the people caught up in it. That is the difference.
