If Frondell, Leonard, Perreault, etc. are all burning a year of their ELC’s there’s zero reason for James Hagens to agree to start in Providence unless it’s a “just play a game or two and then sign” situation IMO. Nor should the Bruins want him to IMO. He can help them now.
