Greece & Yugoslavia (Colonel H. J. Phillimore): Despite assurances to Yugoslavia on March 25, 1941, a coup two days later prompted immediate invasion plans. Both countries attacked at dawn April 6, 1941 without warning.

Belgium, Netherlands & Luxembourg (Mr. G. D. Roberts): Hitler gave public guarantees October 1937, ordered invasion preparations within months. All three invaded dawn May 10, 1940 without warning.
