A4: 1️⃣ Student-Led Goals: Let them set their own learning targets. 2️⃣ Interactive Tools: Gamify learning with platforms like Blooket! Learning + fun = engagement! 🕹️ 3️⃣ Praise the Process: Celebrate effort, not just the result. Every step counts! 🎯 #NCRethinkEd

A5: Create a “check-in” schedule. Meet with Ss and their families to discuss progress and learning goals. Work together to find solutions to challenges affecting their learning. #NCRethinkEd
