@NoahB77_ It looks like Warde tries to shake Coach’s hand first and sees both hands are on the helmet so he takes the helmet and then Coach goes for the handshake but now Warde is holding the helmet. Whole exchange is about 5 seconds in reality but now gets to be dissected for a lifetime.

13. KB lower trunk rotation I'm a big fan of outdoor exercise. Anti-rotation exercise to stabilize your spine. Pull your belly button in to help your core contract.
