Yeah, can’t say the issues today weren’t picked up on in the games prior. Not going to lose my head on here but really disgusting performance, the ball speed, the intensity, application, all off. Golden ticket opportunity to put a massive wedge between us, Liverpool, Villa & Chelsea and not once did we look like we were going to win that. This ‘position-less’ approach just doesn’t work vs a low block because the ball speed & confidence to play into those areas isn’t there. I also don’t think Mbeumo suits it. But we need natural width vs low blocks. We’ve seen the issues but again today, the balls into Sesko, shite. Too many touches, wasteful passes, shocking.
