WATCH: Mohammad Arif was arrested for allegedly pelting stones at the Jammu Tawi–Kolkata Express in Bihar’s Gaya Ji. RPF identified and arrested him within 8 hours. He has been sent to judicial custody. What punishment should such people face?

Indira Gandhi' bodyguard and assassin Beant Singh with his wife who has a Bindi, Sindoor and and Mangal Sutra 😄

One of the most uncomfortable scenes in "Combat Obscura." A Marine points his pistol at Afghan kids on donkeys, screaming for the location of the Taliban. A chilling look at the fear and confusion on the ground in Helmand Province. 🇦🇫🪖

👉 I would urge the Hon’ble Assam CM to reconsider his stand, irrespective of Monday’s outcome, especially in light of the remarks quoted in the judgment. The Supreme Court has cited several of his public statements, many of which are deeply inappropriate and lower the standards of our democracy. 👉 Most charges against Mr. Khera were bailable. 👉 In any democracy, space must be preserved for political dissent. Without that, the fundamental right to free speech is at serious risk. : AICC-Law, Human Rights and RTI Department Chairman @DrAMSinghvi ji

All India Trinamool Congress (AITC) has approached the Supreme Court against Calcutta High Court’s order yesterday rejecting its plea that challenged the deployment of only Central government and PSU (Public Sector Undertaking) employees as supervisors in the vote counting in West Bengal assembly elections.

Can’t lose sight of the fact that Assam CM used “unparliamentary” language against Pawan Khera : Supreme Court.

Our UDF ally, the Muslim League, built houses for the victims of the Wayanad landslide. Wonderful. And here’s the other heartwarming part of the story: the housewarming ceremonies for their (predominantly non-Muslim) beneficiaries. (See video). Can the rest of India ever learn to be like Kerala? @iuml4thepeople @iumlkeralastate
