I was honoured to meet the world leader and my guru, Respected Prime Minister Shri @narendramodi. As a humble BJP karyakarta, I find profound inspiration in his transformative vision and tireless dedication to our nation. His journey from humble beginnings to leading Bharat's development story resonates deeply with me. Witnessing firsthand his warmth and connection with people reinforced everything I admire about his leadership. His emphasis on #NationFirst and #ViksitBharat for all has not just changed policies, but has instilled a new sense of pride and purpose in millions of Indians like me. This personal interaction has further strengthened my resolve to work harder for the party and our nation's progress.

Strengthening healthcare infrastructure remains a top priority for us in Goa. At Goa Medical College, multiple projects are progressing simultaneously — from the redevelopment of the College Block and new hostels for doctors and students to the upcoming Tertiary Cancer Care Centre and the proposed 150-bedded TB & Chest Hospital. Alongside these, facilities like the upgraded Pediatric Neonatal Care Unit, the upcoming Blood Bank block and the proposed Centre of Excellence in Endoscopic Skull Base Surgery will further expand the range of advanced care available within the State. We have also operationalised AI-based screening for early detection of lung cancer and are working to rapidly strengthen telemedicine services so that specialist care reaches patients across Goa. Our commitment remains clear — to build a healthcare ecosystem that is modern, accessible and capable of delivering the highest standards of care to every citizen of Goa.

A reassuring update on the ADD situation in Dabolim. No new cases have been reported today, and the patient under care has made a full recovery and has been discharged—reflecting the effectiveness of timely intervention and coordinated action. Teams will continue to remain actively deployed through the weekend, ensuring sustained surveillance, preparedness, and support on the ground. This progress is a testament to the dedication and seamless coordination of our health teams—IDSP, DHS, SDH Chicalim, PHC Cortalim—working closely with FDA, PWD, and all concerned departments in safeguarding public health. The commitment remains unwavering: to stay vigilant, act proactively, and ensure the safety and well-being of every citizen.

Strengthening access to quality dental care across Goa, our dental satellite clinics continue to deliver comprehensive services to patients. At Colvale Jail, three dental chairs are operational with OPD held three times a week, providing treatments including dentures and RCTs. The process to procure a new X-ray machine is underway. The Ribandar clinic, with one dental unit, is providing complete primary, secondary and tertiary dental care including RCTs. At Mandur, two dental chairs are operational with specialist visits every Tuesday. The recent installation of the state-of-the-art RVG – Dentsply Sirona Heliodent system has further strengthened diagnostic and treatment capabilities. These efforts reinforce our commitment to expanding accessible, quality dental healthcare across Goa.

The whole world is currently struggling with the consequences of war. Gasoline and petrol prices have surged across many countries, and diesel prices have risen sharply. But these numbers clearly show one thing: under PM Modi’s leadership, India remains safe and stable. No propaganda can shake the peace and progress of India under PM Modi. 🇮🇳

In continuation of this sacred occasion, also had the privilege of inaugurating the restored Thali at the revered Shri Sateri Kelbai Ajoba Devasthan and offering prayers to Shri Ajoba Dev. The Thali, a traditional water body integral to the temple परिसर, reflects Goa’s timeless harmony between faith and nature—where sacred spaces are not just built, but nurtured alongside natural springs and ecosystems that sustain both spirituality and community life.  Joined by Shri @digambarkamat , Hon’ble Minister for Public Works, Ports & Legal Metrology; Shri @subhashshirodkr , Hon’ble Minister for Water Resources, Co-operation & Provedoria; and Dr. @draneofficial , Chairperson GFDC and Hon’ble MLA, Poriem. This effort is a step towards preserving not just places of worship, but the living traditions and ecological wisdom that define Goa’s cultural identity.

In response to the Acute Diarrhoeal Disease (ADD) situation in Dabolim, swift and coordinated action has been initiated by our teams, including IDSP, DHS, SDH Chicalim and the PHC Cortalim team, working together with the FDA and PWD. House-to-house surveillance has been undertaken, along with detailed inspection of water sources and surrounding areas. Awareness sessions have been conducted to ensure residents follow necessary precautions, including consumption of boiled water, and the situation has been formally flagged for continuous monitoring. At the same time, all affected individuals are being closely monitored, with timely medical care and guidance being provided by our health teams. Going forward, active case search will continue with prompt referrals wherever required. ORS support is being made readily accessible, and comprehensive testing of all water sources is underway. Stool sample analysis, sustained awareness efforts, and close inter-departmental coordination will guide further action. We remain fully committed to safeguarding public health and ensuring every citizen receives the care and attention they need.
