@Wendi_Irlbeck Yes I agree. You have most definitely helped a lot of people 😊. That’s all you can do for them at that point. Because you didn’t have to extend your help for free but that’s an opportunity you just can’t pass up. Yes, Jesus does us the same way.

😂 I’ve more than done my part! I don’t say that arrogantly. I just mean I’ve helped a lot of people for free over the years and worked hard to plant seeds. And if somebody will choose to complain about their situation instead of accept free help I think the best you can do is pray for them and wish them well from afar. Jesus does the same when we reject Him. He can’t help us if we won’t let Him.

I offered to personal train and nutrition coach someone free of charge for 3 months. The only qualifier was they had to follow the program which was custom and tailored to their needs, grocery budget, fitness goals and preferences, They said “No, that’s too much work I don’t want to let you down.” 😱Brother, you do realize that type 2 diabetes, hypertension and obesity are ALL HARD⁉️ In fact WAY harder than following a free nutrition and fitness plan for 90 days because disease is for LIFE unless you turn the ship around. Nutrition and fitness adds years to your life while the alternative subtracts. You’re not letting me down you’re letting yourself and your family down. Choose your hard!!

@RichJohnsonJr If someone isn’t ready for help or change you can’t force them. That’s why it’s difficult to see people struggle in the water and you toss them the 🛟and they refuse to grab it and ultimately drown when they could have been rescued to safety.

Daddy, I’ll never forget going to the projects after I made it to the NFL to tell you that everything was all good now, and let’s go, I can take care of you now. I remember you putting your head down in shame. You turned me down and broke my entire spirit. I know why you put your head down, because you thought you didn’t do your best to protect us. Little did you know, you did your best. You showed me what real strength looks like: holding your head high no matter the circumstances. You showed it with your actions instead of words. I learned that from you. People speak about you, but they don’t know you like I do. I remember you taking care of five children by yourself. You made a way and never complained one time. I wear all this gold because of you. I put a gold tooth in my mouth because you… if anyone wants to know what real strength looks like, I’ll tell them about you..Daddy…I miss you Daddy..Happy birthday!! ❤️ 👑💪🏿

It's my 35th birthday and I can lift all the weights I want to 🎶 💪 🏋️‍♀️ ! Health is wealth! I may be 35 but I feel 25! Thanks for all of the birthday texts, emails and messages! Started the day off with prayer, scripture, ran a few miles, face time with my nephew, chatted with family. Fueled by body and headed to lift followed by yoga and work. Thank you for this beautiful and healthy life, Jesus! 🙏
