About to spend a week and half exploring Seattle and then on a cruise through Alaska. When I get back Marathon training for the Hawaii and Tokyo marathons start. About to be a crazy few months

Broke my first two hour half marathon today. As the youths say, I am him

Running has become my personality but when you work at something as hard as I work at this, I’m going to talk my shit. I work a full time job during the week, I train any chance I get. I run a business on the weekend, I still get my miles in. I’m not new to this I’m true to this

I run my third half marathon through the Utah Valley on Friday and it’s really fucking hard to focus on work rn.

Applied on a whim to run the Tokyo Marathon for a charity. Well now I’m raising money for children’s cancer programs and research to go run 26 miles in Japan.
