I remember this… because I was in the background, playing drums with the brilliant Jonathan Cohen of Play Away on piano. Lovely to see David Bobin in there too who I worked with at @SkySportsNews many years later. It all sounds rather good… 😃🎵🎹🎸🥁

@Quizical123 Hello Qu’ici! You’re v close. I used to present the regional news progs for London & the southeast, which were London Plus and then Newsroom Southeast. So not in fact South Today which was based in Southampton. And yes, 1987-2000. Thank you so much for almost remembering! 😄👍👏

Enjoyed the brilliant @alliwalker yesterday at the #megaworldsfanfestival at St Catharines as part of the #WRChamps @WorldRowing in Canada🇨🇦. But can anyone tell me what instrument she is playing here? A clue:🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿👛🪈🪈🪈 The sound was amazing!!!😃👍👍👍

@padstowharbour What a great picture! I remember the tracks being down still and a few fish wagons on the sidings in the harbour in the mid 1960s, but never saw a working train in Padstow. The views for the crew and passengers must have been glorious. What a way to arrive.

Just managed to snap a shot of the @CWHM 🇨🇦Avro Lancaster overhead as I was commentating live on a race at the #WRChamps @WorldRowing near Niagara Falls. Last saw it in 2014 when it teamed up with the @RAFBBMF Lanc in the UK🇬🇧. Sadly I’ll miss the @rafredarrows here next week.
