@ItsJustB_01 I know a law school that is teaching this case next semester. They’re bringing in guests every week, from the state and defense side. The entire course will be about the YSL Trial, so I’m sure other law schools have the same thought
The vast majority of sororities would qualify as a gang under a literal reading of Georgia’s gang and RICO Acts. Only think standing between them and a jury is prosecutorial discretion.
